PAYMENT

Was my payment successful?

Are you not sure whether your payment went through correctly, for example after you received an error message? Check your own bank statements to see whether the amount has been debited. Are you still in doubt? Please contact us at clothing@maddixmusic.com.They can check for you whether the payment has gone through correctly. Are you actually sure that your payment has not gone through correctly? Then your order has not been placed. This means that you have to place your order again and also make a payment again.

Which payment options can I use?

You can pay for your order via iDEAL, Credit Card, Bank Contact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

I have not received a confirmation email?

Unfortunately, we cannot prevent our emails from sometimes ending up in the spam box. Therefore, always check first whether the email you are missing is there. If not, you can always contact us via clothing@maddixmusic.com. or the contact form.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed immediately and shipped within 0-5 working days. Please note that parcel deliverers are busier than normal during the holidays and that the delivery of your package may be delayed. After your order reaches our warehouse unfortunately, we no longer have any influence on this. From then on, keep your track & trace code carefully.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment. During the holidays, please take into account longer delivery times due to busy parcel deliverers.

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately, our system cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. We would therefore like to emphasize that you always check whether you have entered the correct personal information before finalizing your order. Do you have questions about this? My package has not yet been delivered, what now?

Your package may have been delayed. We advise you to keep an eye on the track & trace code. This indicates the status of your delivery. Some orders are delivered as a letterbox package, this may take a little longer because a letterbox package is not delivered on Sundays and Mondays.

Orders

Keep in mind, international shipping can be unreliable and often results in delays at customs offices. In the case that your package is held by customs for any reason, it’s your own responsibility to contact your local customs office and resolve any issue there might be.

For shipments outside of Netherlands, additional import costs will most likely be charged by your government, these fees are out of our control. Therefore we’re unable to provide support on this matter.

XTTC is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. In the case that your package has been returned to our warehouse, we will contact you immediately.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

We're not able to offer free shipping nor provide returns free of charge. We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, please contact customer service at clothing@maddixmusic.com. Returns are only possible under the following conditions:

1. Returns can only be made within the stated return period of 14 days.


2. We will only process returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.And we do not accept returns from international orders.


3. Non-identifiable returns are stored in our warehouse for up to 1 month. The customer can report via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed through our own administration and correspondence can no longer be entered into.
